If You Hate Mornings


When you’re in pain, sometimes mornings can be the hardest part of the day.  Here is my advice, based on what I’ve personally found helpful:

Part 1: Start out slowly. It’s normal to be stiff in the morning.
Part 2: Listen to music in the morning. Let yourself dance.
Part 3: Heat and cardio: Get your blood flowing
Part 4: Beat the pain cycle: take pain medications in the morning
